PLEASE BE ADVISED:
Our Supplier charges a 25% restocking fee on all products
If you decide to return a saddle (or other product) for any reason other
than defects in the
product as delivered, this restocking fee will not be refunded.
While we offer FREE SHIPPING to you, we DO pay to ship your saddle to
If you return the saddle (at your expense) for any reason other than a product defect,
this original shipping charge will not be refunded.
TO RETURN A SADDLE: (Request must be within 10 days of recieving your saddle)
Knowing our terms of service, if you wish to return a saddle for ANY
(Defective, for Refund, or for Exchange)
you must write to us for a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization).
ANY SADDLES RETURNED WITHOUT A RGA WILL BE REFUSED
AND RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE
Once you have a RGA Number, you must return the saddle at your
Returns must be re-packed in the original package, packed exactly as it was received,
as improper packing may damage the saddle, and you will be responsible for repairs
that might be needed to make the saddle resaleable.
We strongly recommend that you inspect the shipping carton for signs
and note that damage with the carrier who delivers your saddle.
We sincerely hope you will be completely satisfied with you new saddle
and returns will not be required.
